After surgery or a hospital stay
Your surgeon or care team sends you home with instructions, and we help you carry them out. Early visits can happen at home, where you are moving around your own bed, chairs and stairs. When you can travel, the hub gym adds equipment and more room.
This care is for you if
You had a joint replacement or another operation
You came home from the hospital or a rehab stay
Stairs, the car or the bathroom feel hard
You want help following your surgeon's plan

What a visit looks like
What we do
Your therapist works within your surgeon's instructions, practices the moves you need most and teaches you exercises to do on your own.
Home first, then a hub
Start where getting out is hardest, and move to a hub when a drive is comfortable.
What decides how many visits
Your surgeon's plan, how you heal and what you need to do again. Your therapist reviews it with you.
- Chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache or pain, new weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a fall with a head injury needs emergency care now. Call 911.
