Back and neck
Back and neck pain can follow you from the chair to the car to the kitchen. Your therapist looks at how you sit, stand and move in your own rooms or at a hub, treats what they find and teaches you what to do between visits.
This care is for you if
Pain makes sitting, driving or standing hard
You wake up stiff or can't turn your head
Lifting or bending feels risky
You want to know what to do and what to avoid

What a visit looks like
What we do
Your therapist examines how you move, uses hands-on treatment where it helps and builds an exercise plan you can repeat.
At home or at a hub
At home we adjust your chair, bed and the way you work. At a hub we add equipment for strength and endurance.
What decides how many visits
How long the problem has been there, what you need to do each day and how you respond.
- Chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache or pain, new weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a fall with a head injury needs emergency care now. Call 911.
Questions about this care
Should I see a doctor first?
Tell us about new numbness or weakness, a fall, or pain that wakes you at night. Those need a doctor's attention first.
Will it hurt?
We work within what you can tolerate. Tell your therapist what you feel and we adjust.
