Strength and walking
Strength is what lets you stand up, climb steps and keep walking. Your therapist builds a plan from your own goals, with bands and light weights at home and with machines, bars and a treadmill at a hub.
This care is for you if
You get tired walking to the mailbox or the store
Standing up from a chair takes a push
You want to get back to the walks you used to take
A long illness left you weaker

What a visit looks like
What we do
Your therapist tests how you stand and walk, sets exercises at the right level and raises them as you get stronger.
At home or at a hub
At home we practice in your rooms. At a hub, the gym gives you room and equipment to build stamina.
What decides how many visits
Your goals, your health and how often you do your exercises between visits.
- Chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache or pain, new weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a fall with a head injury needs emergency care now. Call 911.
